What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 10 garments per design. Mixed sizes and colours are fine as long as the embroidery is the same. 

How long does an order take?

Standard turnaround is 7-10 working days from artwork approval. 

Can you embroider my existing logo?

Yes. Send us your logo in PNG, JPG or PDF. We convert it into an embroidery file and provide a digital mock-up before production. 

What garments can you embroider?

We embroider polos, t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, fleeces, aprons, caps, beanies, tote bags.

Is there a setup fee for embroidery?

There is a one-off set up fee for new logos. Once your logo is digitised, it is kept on file for future orders at no extra cost.

How do I care for embroidered garments?

Turn garments inside out before washing, use a cool warm cycle, avoid bleach and do not tumble dry on high heat. This helps keep embroidery looking crisp.
